Personal Web Space - Google Sites

Mills College provides all students, faculty, and staff with free Google Sites available through Google Apps for Education. You can create a site that can be viewed by anyone on the Internet or just by Mills users.

What can be on my Google Site?

Feel free to display your creativity and share with your friends, family, and the world. Previous web pages created by Mills community members have included creative work (writing, music, art, photography) as well as essays and academic papers.

Customize your Google site, but remember that material on your site should not violate the Mills College Computing Agreement or federal, state or local laws. Your site is not part of the official Mills website and must contain a disclaimer to that effect. An example disclaimer is:

  • The views and opinions expressed in these personal pages are the sole responsibility of the author and are not official statements of Mills College, nor is the College responsible for their content.

Accessing Google Sites

To access the central location of Mills' Google Sites, log into your Mills account. Click the Apps icon in the top right-hand corner and choose Sites.

Creating a Google Site

You can create a new site from the Sites page by clicking the Create button.

Modifying your Google Site
