Summer Tuition 2018

Tuition Rates and Administrative Fees

Undergraduate $600/credit
Graduate $850/credit
Independent Study* $1,550/flat
Campus Comprehensive Fee $124
Audit Fee $750/course
Payment Plan Fee 3%

The Independent Study fee is a flat per course administrative fee. The fee is non-refundable and not eligible for financial aid, including Mills loans.

There will be additional charges for housing if you are living on-campus during the Summer term. Summer housing on campus will be limited. Please see for rates and housing contract information.


The payment deadline for Summer Session 2018 is May 1, 2018. Students who register after the May 1 payment deadline will have payment due at the time of registration. 

After you are enrolled, you will be billed for the course.

A three month Payment plan is available that runs from May 1–July 1, 2018. There is 3% enrollment fee.

Summer housing students must pay their Summer balance in full or set up a payment plan before moving into their Summer housing. Students who have not paid or arranged payment for their Summer charges before their move in date will not be cleared and are subject to losing their housing. Financial Aid

Pell Grants are available for the Summer term to Pell Grant eligible students enrolled in at least 6 credits in the Summer semester.

Mills loans will be offered to all registered students to cover the amount of tuition only. Any adjustments to tuition charges resulting in a decrease will automatically result in an equal decrease on the Mills loan amount. Non-tuition fees and administrative fees will not be covered by a Mills loan.

Tuition Adjustment Policy

Students who drop their summer course(s) will have their tuition charges adjusted as follows:

Prior to first day of instruction (prior to Monday, May 14, 2018) All tuition charges and fees credited 100%

First day of instruction through add deadline (Monday, May 14–Friday, May 25, 2018)

Credited 90% of tuition charges only

Fees will not be credited

After add deadline (after Friday, May 25, 2018) No credit

Once a student registers there is no adjustment to administrative fees associated with independent studies, internships and directed research.
