Title IX

Mills College is committed to creating a campus community that is free from violence. The text of the Mills College Sexual Misconduct Policy, along with navigational links to skip to a specific section of the policy can be found here.

The Division of Student Life works with Campus Human Resources, including the Title IX Officer, and the Department of Public Safety to raise awareness about sexual violence and misconduct, to train and educate staff and students about sexual violence and misconduct and to comply with laws and guidelines for prevention, education and response. We promote the rights of our students and our entire campus community to live, work, and study in a safe and healthy environment.
