Student clubs and organizations are created and managed by students with the support of an advisor. An advisor is a faculty or staff member committed to working with the club or organization to offer ideas, perspective, and advice.
Advisors can play an important role in helping students make and reach goals, create institutional impact, and navigate the complexities of working within an organization. Learn more about what it means to manage a student club or organization at Mills by reviewing our Student Club and Organization Resource Guide.
Advisor training is held at the start of each semester. This will allow you to ask questions, understand processes, and build community with other Mills advisors.
