Vehicle Registration & Permit ePay

All vehicles on campus are required to display valid parking permits. Non-permit holders may complete vehicle registration and payment with the following steps.

Student & Faculty/Staff Vehicle Permit Information

  1. Log-in to the Mills Resource Portal and select the Register Your Vehicle or Request a Parking Permit link under myMills Resources. 
  2. Enter vehicle information for all vehicles to be used on campus 
  3. Proceed through the registration form and click Request to submit your permit request.
  4. If Faculty or Staff member, select the Payroll Deduction option upon request
Students with personal vehicles must purchase permits separate from campus fees. To purchase a Vehicle Permit click here to pay via Public Safety Student E-Market.
  • Student parking permits are available at the discounted rates of: 
    • $50 per permit if registered and pre-paid via Public Safety Student E-Market
    • $60 per permit if paid for in person at the Department of Public Safety (CPM 113)
    • Replacement permits may be purchased for $25
    • Permits are not prorated.
  • ALL students requesting vehicle permits, must present the following items to retrieve permits:
    • E-Market Purchase Receipt (Digital copies via phone/tablet, OK)
    • Mills ID or Proof of Campus Banner# (Campus Enrollment Documentation, OK)

     Current Vehicle Registration—First time registrations ONLY

Non-student Vehicle Permit Information

Community members may pre-purchase Visitor permits at the flat rate of $60 in our Non-student eMarket. Visitor permit holders may utilize both Richards Lot and Commuter stalls as available.

Note that permit renewal cycles revolve on the academic year as opposed to the calendar year (i.e. Fall 2017 - Spring 2018)

Visitors must present the following items to retrieve permits:

    • E-Market Purchase Receipt (Digital copies via phone/tablet, OK)
    • Valid Drivers License
    • Current Vehicle Registration
