All student, faculty, and staff accounts—from the Mills Resource Portal to your Mills email —can be accessed with your Mills username and password. The Portal links Mills students to financial aid accounts, library records, Canvas, and more, and is a one-stop shop for Mills personnel to submit timecards, set contact information, and enroll in benefits. These Mills credentials also enable Mills community members to access the Mills Intranet; Zoom video conferencing; the student, faculty, and staff forums; and the MillsGo app for mobile. You can reset your password or contact the Information Technology Services (ITS) department via their Virtual HelpDesk if you are unable to access your accounts.
Mills community members and guests can access the College’s wireless networks on campus. Students, faculty, and staff can connect to the Mills-Wireless network using their Mills username and password. Guests can secure temporary access to the Mills-Guest wireless network by supplying an email and agreeing to the College’s terms and conditions. Staff and faculty may consult the Mills Intranet for instructions on accessing Mills servers remotely via VPN connection.
Members of the Mills community can check out media equipment from Audio-Visual Technical Services (AVTS) and request support for on-campus events. Students, faculty, and staff may log into their Mills account to view the list of equipment available for checkout. To make an equipment request, view the checkout guidelines, complete the online reservation form, and make an appointment to visit the AVTS office. For campus events, Mills event organizers may request equipment in advance through the 25Live event calendaring system.
AVTS also provides assistance transferring and duplicating audio and video files as well as providing in-class support for projectors, media players, and cameras. For questions, contact email@example.com.
