Mills College is committed to creating a campus community that is free from violence. The Division of Student Life works with Human Resources (including the Title IX officer) and the Department of Public Safety to raise awareness about sexual violence and misconduct, to train and educate staff and students about sexual violence and misconduct, and to comply with laws and guidelines for prevention, education, and response.
Mills promotes the rights of our students and our entire campus community to live, work, and study in a safe and healthy environment. For detailed policy and resource information, please visit the College's Title IX policy web page.
Mills does not tolerate any form of gender-based misconduct, including sexual harassment, sexual assault, gender-based harassment, domestic violence, sexual exploitation, and stalking. College community members who have experienced, witnessed, or become aware of gender-based misconduct are encouraged to seek assistance, report the incident using the appropriate form below, and engage the College processes beginning with our Title IX coordinators.
