All international students must enroll in our Mills Student Health Insurance Plan. For more information including rates and billing, please see Healthcare for International Students.
Students living on campus or in Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco counties are encouraged to use the on-campus Vera Whole Health Center. The health center is staffed by physicians, a licensed vocational nurse, a health coach, and a receptionist from Vera Whole Health. Services are available in the Cowell Building, Monday through Friday, during the academic year.
For this fall only, students living outside of Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Francisco counties can access 24/7 medical and mental health care through a new telehealth service: Mills Remote Healthcare. These services are being provided instead of access to Vera Health or Counseling and Psychological Services on campus. To register for and access telehealth services, visit Mills Remote Healthcare or download the Timely MD app.
