Mills requires that all students, residential or commuter, supply the College with emergency contact and medical information. This information is only used in the event of an emergency, such as a medical emergency which occurs while the student is on campus. The form provides us valuable information such as medical insurance, allergies, or medical conditions. It also provides names and phone numbers for us to contact in case you may need assistance.
