Unofficial Transcripts | Ordering Official Transcripts | Transcript Fees
Current students and alumnae who attended Mills in 2000 or after can print an unofficial transcript at any time using the Mills Resource Portal.
Unofficial transcripts are not available for those who attended Mills prior to 2000. These alumnae may order an official transcript following the process below.
The official Mills College transcript includes all levels of academic work completed at Mills, including undergraduate and graduate. All transcripts come in individually sealed envelopes, unless otherwise specified. Please note that we cannot accept transcript requests via phone or email.
To provide our students and alums with the fastest service possible, Mills has authorized National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to accept online orders for our official transcripts. Ordering through NSC allows you to pay using any major credit card or debit card with a credit card logo.

An email notification with the status of your request will be sent once the Registrar's Office has received and processed your transcript order. You can check the status or history of your request(s) on National Student Clearinghouse's Transcript Ordering Center by clicking on the View Transcript Order Status link.
If you cannot order a transcript online because you do not have a credit or debit card, please download, print, and complete Transcript Request Form (PDF). You can submit this form, along with payment in the form of a check, cash, or money order, to the Registrar's Office. Checks and money orders should be payable to Mills College.

We cannot accept faxed Transcript Request Forms, and requests cannot be processed without payment.
You may submit a written letter to the Registrar's Office requesting an official transcript. Your letter must include the following information:

Standard Service | Transcript fee is $10 per copy. Allow 5 business days after request is received for processing. | |
International Service | For international requests, your transcript may still take up to two weeks to arrive at its destination due to varying customs regulations overseas. |
