Registrar & Records

The Registrar's Office at Mills is responsible for the College's course schedule, registration, transfer credit evaluation, transcripts, enrollment verifications, diplomas, and off-campus study programs.

The mission of the Registrar’s Office is to support students in achieving their educational goals, maintain the accuracy of academic records, uphold the integrity of the Mills degree, and support the academic programs of the College. In compliance with the 1974 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the Registrar's Office also protects the security of our students’ academic records.

To assist Mills undergraduate and graduate students in achieving their educational goals, the office regularly communicates with students and advisors regarding student progress and accomplishments. The Registrar's Office also collaborates with students, faculty, and staff to enhance the personal development of Mills students.
