Managing Stress
Fall

Students learn a variety of practical strategies for managing stress, as well as the PHYSIOLOGY behind the experience of stress in the body – its consequences and its remedies.Strategies and techniques for stress management covered will include breath work, meditation and focus, exercise, constructive rest and relaxation, restorative yoga, self-evaluation of posture and realignment, and the elimination of dietary and environmental stressors.
