Group Choreography Performances #1

The first of two 2017 MFA in Dance Thesis Concerts, footprint is our ability to examine the small things that have slipped into our bodies. Choreographers Erik Lee, Brynn Ogilvie, Bhumi B. Patel, and Yawen Zou present works that examine loss, quietness, isolation, and the community that is able to persevere. In these works, we look for our truths, though there are many complex and uncertain ones, though there are hushed ones, though there are ones that hurt, and though there are ones that guide us to overcome. Our lineages intertwine in the steps we take and the footprints we leave behind.
