This course pulls from best practices of community engagement, policy development and marketing segmentation to clearly identify, manage and leverage the myriad stakeholders involved in the creation of any new program, project or policy. Students will develop a stakeholder engagement plan for a real-world scenario, interview participants, and report their findings. Stakeholder engagement is an important skill useful to students who aspire to work in the business, nonprofit and/or public sector.
