Master of Arts in Dance
(a minimum of 35 semester course credits)

History/Theory (7 semester course credits):

DNC 265 Modern to Contemporary Performance: History, Theory, and Practice (4)

DNC 288 Critical Acts: Dancing Strategies, Theories, and Contexts (3)

Technique (4 semester course credits) selected from:

*Master of Arts students may participate in Repertory Dance Company with permission of faculty.

Once a student has applied to and is accepted to the MA course of study she/he is not eligible to change her/his dance degree tracks mid-stream without reapplying to the MFA program.
