In addition to federal and state financial aid, there are a number of need- and merit-based study abroad scholarship opportunities. These can often cover a significant portion of both direct and indirect program costs. We encourage you to research and apply for appropriate scholarships in advance of your intended term abroad. Both the Office of Career, Advising, and Global Learning and the Mills Financial Aid Office can offer additional support in researching and locating scholarship opportunities.
These study abroad scholarships are funded by the US federal government.
These scholarships are available to Mills students attending one of these Mills-affiliated study abroad programs. Some programs also offer need-based grants and/or automatic discounts; see individual program websites for details.
