Efforts to Recruit, Retain & Support Black Students

Over the past few years, College leadership has been working with partners across campus to address the demands of the Black Students' Collective (BSC), formerly the Black Women's Collective. The following report details these original demands, actions taken to meet those demands, and the continuing work around concerns related to Black student recruitment, retention, and support at Mills College.
